WHY DON’T YOU OFFER PHONE SUPPORT?

We are always striving to answer your questions as quickly as possible, but since we are an enthusiastic and small team we’re unfortunate to tell you that it’s not practical for us nor for you. We believe that we can offer a higher level of support over email, mainly because we often need to exchange video’s or pictures of products with customers and over the phone this is simply not convenient
