I'm ambivalent about thid product. It looks great. Only problem is that there was no information beforehand that it only works on stone- or solid wood walls. That thing is a beast. I would have imagined it to be made of Alu, but it is steel! It weighs a ton.
Solid construction though. If i have had solid walls, this would be perfect. Now, not so much.
Good . did not appreciate the undisclosed brokerage fees ordering from Canada. If you know where the order is going build it into pricing. It should not be a surprise for people once the product is being delivered.
It would be better if the frame was set at 16 inch for framing standard not the 12 inch.
Absolutly rave this product. Keeps everything neat and in one location. Also serves to make the bike a piece of artwork on the wall. It's worth the money and the wait time to get it to Australia. I absolutely love this product. Do recommend to anyone.
The product arrived with two of the fixing screws and bolt covers missing which we had to buy but otherwise ok.
Received my order, came well packaged and very easy to install. Love the way it looks and also a very practical multi storage area for my cycling kit. Top marks from me.
