HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Sorry to hear that you have changed your mind. Please reach out to our support team, firstname.lastname@example.org, as quickly as possible since we can only cancel or change the order if it hasn’t been picked yet in our warehouse. We are always shipping our orders within one business day, so the sooner you contact us after ordering the more change you have to still cancel your order. Please be aware that If you want to cancel your order after it has been processed, you will have to go through the regular returns process.
IF I ORDER MULTIPLE STASDOCKS WILL THEY ARRIVE AT THE SAME TIME?
from 3 or more it can happen that one will arrive earlier than the others. Generally we will do our best to make sure the packages will arrive at the same time. However, our docks are packed in bigger boxes which can only include two products at the same time so, from 3 products or up it can happen that the two that are packed together arrive earlier than the other one. But don’t worry this hardly happens.
CAN I MOUNT IT ON ANY WALL?
Yes, our Stasdock can be mounted on any other wall. Please note that the included mounting kit can only be used for a brick or wooden wall. If you want to mount it on any other wall we would advise to get an additional mounting kit from a local store to guarantee extra protection.
CAN I GET AN EXTRA MOUNTING KIT?
Unfortunately not, our mounting material is made for every Stasdock and we do not consider it environmentally conscious to send screws to other countries, we therefore advise to get it at a local store. Besides, our manual is carefully designed so you can mount it carefully.
