WHAT IS STASDOCK'S RETURN POLICY? 
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Please note that our leather is authentic and is prone to usage marks, therefore, please be wary when testing our products if you intend to return it. Stretched or scratched leather is not considered suitable for return. Images of the product(s) will be requested by our team.

You can return undamaged and unused items within 60 days.

The following conditions apply to returning items:

  • You can return an item within 60 days. The period starts on the day after receipt of your order.
  • Accompany the completed return form so we know who is the person sending it back.
  • Please make sure to place the return form in the outer box, not in the Tubble box.
  • The item is accepted if it is returned in its original packaging and undamaged.
  • For hygiene reasons, baths can only be returned without having bathed in it. It may of course have been inflated.
  • All refunds are done after an inspection in our warehouse.
  • If there are any signs of usage like stains, hairs, etc. we wouldn’t be able to execute the refund as the product is no longer usable.
  • You will receive the entire purchase amount if the product passes successfully the inspection process.
  • Refunds will be made within 14 days on the previously used account number.
  • The return costs are for your own account.
  • Return shipments are the risk of the buyer. This entails that Tubble is not liable for return items getting damaged or lost.

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES ON RETURNS? 
Returns are free for all US customers. All return costs from countries situated outside the US are not covered by our policy, and will be the customer’s responsibility.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND? 
Once your item(s) have been returned, please allow 2 - 3 business days for them to be assessed. A member of our staff will then issue you a store credit or ship you a replacement, depending on your request.
