WHAT IS STASDOCK'S WARRANTY POLICY? 

Checking our quality is one of our main priorities and we take that very seriously, however we do know that perfection cannot always be guaranteed and that issues can slip through. Therefore, if you have the feeling that there is an issue with your product, we are here to help and we will always find a solution suitable for you. 

All our products come with a one year warranty from the date of delivery. This covers any manufacturing defects. Please be aware that proof of defect (photos or video, depending on the defect) is mandatory and will always be requested by our team.

WHAT IF THE PRODUCT WAS PURCHASED FROM OUR THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS?

Unfortunate to hear that something happened with your Stasdock. The guarantee can still be covered, however you must recover this from the 3rd party you've ordered from in the first place.
