WHAT IS STASDOCK'S RETURN POLICY?
Quality control is one of our main priorities, but we know that it's always possible for issues to slip through the cracks. If you're experiencing a problem with your purchase, we'd be happy to replace it free of charge!
All our products come with a one year warranty from the date of delivery. This covers any manufacturing defects. Our warranty does not cover product damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, accidental damage caused by the user, faults as a result of wilful or negligent operation, or any other handling. Proof of defect (photos or video, depending on the defect) is mandatory and will be requested by our team.
You can get a refund for your defective item if requested within 14 days of receiving your product. After 14 days, we only offer exchange or store credit equivalent to the amount you paid.

Garantie is dan uiteraard alsnog te verhalen, alleen dien je dit te verhalen bij de 3e partij waar u het product heeft aangeschaft.
