I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO?
Sorry to hear that. We would advise you to check the tracking page of your parcel. If your order is stuck in the sorting stage for more than a couple of days, we ask you to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order reference, so we can check the status of your order.
If your package is listed as delivered, but you have not received it, please check your mailbox for a note from the courier or check the neighbours if they accept the package for you.
WHAT ABOUT COSTUM FEES?
Our orders will be shipped from the Netherlands, so extra fees may apply for you depending on your preferred destination. Although, it is unlikely. Please note that we are not responsible for any additional fee and do not refund extra costs.
